I began working in the construction industry when I was just 18 years old. After more than 40 years on the job, I’ve seen this industry change and progress in so many different ways. Although I’m formally retired from day-to-day work, I still want to share some of the experiences and lessons I’ve learned along the way. This is the purpose behind Moryn Consulting.
The need for high-performing construction teams to take on increasingly complex challenges grows every year. Larger and larger projects, constantly evolving technologies, expansive teams – these issues are now commonplace in the industry. My goal at Moryn Consulting is to provide workshop-like settings to aid your team’s growth in a few key areas. These include developing repeatably successful project launches, creating a safety culture for long-term results, formalizing your leadership development, as well as general business management consulting.
I will customize a program for each opportunity in order to help my clients the best I can, because although the issues we face in the industry are similar, I recognize that each situation has its own challenges. I look forward to working with you and helping your teams become the best they can be.
