After helping to build and run a 2000-person electrical and technology contractor (and selling it twice), Joel Moryn wanted to create a consulting firm dedicated to Unlocking Potential of individuals and teams. He wanted to partner with his millennial son Jesse to be able  to reach intergenerational teams. Moryn consulting utilizes a dynamic cohort model that fosters active participation, individual assessments, and ongoing support to cultivate effective leadership within your organization.

Our team brings a unique blend of perspectives: Joel, a seasoned baby  boomer, and Jesse, a forward-thinking millennial. Together, we combine broad life experiences with youthful curiosity to enrich our approach to leadership development.

Meet Joel and Jesse: 

• Joel Moryn, President/CEO of a national electrical and technology installation contractor for over 25 years, grew the business 10X by developing leaders and effective teams - becoming what is now one of the largest of its peers in the nation. Joel is a registered electrical engineer and certified board director by NACD, has a BS in electrical engineering and an MBA in business management. His expertise includes strategic acquisitions, developing entrepreneurial businesses, and creating value through strategy. He is a certified LPI* coach and Leadership Challenge Practitioner.*   

• Jesse Moryn holds a BA in business and communications and is certified in software development. With experience in business consulting, he brings a millennial perspective to goal setting, purpose attainment, and achieving life balance. He is a certified as an LPI* coach, Five Behaviors** facilitator and Leadership Challenge Practitioner*.
